Shaq shot 39 free throws on the night and only made 18, he also finished with 40 points on the night. In game six, the Lakers closed out the series with a 116-111 victory. Shaq finished with 41 points and 12 boards, and was announced as the NBA Finals MVP. Shaq averaged 38 points a game and 16.7 rebounds a game.
