The Steelers went into halftime leading 17-7, which included James Harrison record-breaking 100-yard interception return for a touchdown. The Cardinals would fight their back to take the lead in the fourth, but the Steelers marched down the field and score with 35 seconds left in the game to win 27-23. Santonio Holmes was named Super Bowl MVP when he caught nine passes for 131 yards and a touchdown. His only touchdown was the game winner with 35 seconds left.
